News from Reinhard Bonnke of CFN.  A young man, Omar Mohammed, recently was hit by a bolt of lightning.  His dad, who was right near to him was struck dead, and Omar became deaf and dumb because the high voltage lightning discharge, burned out his voice and aural capacities. Nothing could be done for him, not even by the best specialist.

He had heard of Reinhard and was curious about this foreigner who was holding the meeting  in his home town. When he attended it, he saw the streams of people who moved to the front but he did not know why - he could not hear.  The second day he attended the crusade, the Holy spirit must have caused Omar to hear a whisper of hope for healing.

The moment Reinhard cried out the name of Jesus, it felt to Omar as if a bolt of lightning had struck him again. He fell to the ground and an explosion of sound burst into his ears. It was the reverberation of two hundred thousand people shouting and singing with joy. He could hear again!

Praise God, He is still the God of healing; we serve a living God.
